When a user reports a bug in chat, the developer agent reads your repository (and your Sentry errors, if connected), finds the likely cause, and drafts a fix. Results appear under Reports and are emailed to your escalation email (or owner email). Tokens are encrypted and never shown again after saving. Read-only access is enough; the agent never pushes code.

To give signed-in users the full assistant (internal articles, navigation), your server signs a short-lived token for each user with this secret and puts it in data-user-token. Without a valid token the chat runs in visitor mode. How to sign tokens

Copy it to your server's environment now. It won't be shown again, and creating a new one stops tokens signed with this one.
